I am a Maxfund volunteer (used to manage the hotline and I do special events, dog walking). I adopted Simon (the magnificent Wonder)- the Maxfund called him Montana ; and I'd like him to be added to your success stories.

Simon was a very sick kitten and the Maxfund cared for him until he was well enough to be adopted. The day I visited the kittens, Simon was not letting me leave without him. It is tough to "choose" a kitten so I stayed until one of them chose me.

Simon climbed up my pant leg, sat on my shoulder and buried his head in my hair. I would set him back down on the floor and he would climb back up again and again and again. It was at that point I knew he was destined to part of my family. We are very happy that Simon chose us.
