We adoepted Joey in October of 2005 and couldn't be happier.  Joey has become a constant companion for my other dog Ruthie.  He is a true to nature Jack Russell!  He is the most clever little bugger I have ever come across. 

He is doing beautifully in his training and is so eager to please.  It's hard to remember what life like was like in our home before Joey came to live with us.  And just think, Ruthie didn't want Joey to come home at first.  She wouldn't let him get in the car.  Now, she won't leave his side for a moment. 

I am so glad that Joey came to us and thankful for the great work the Maxfund does to place and protect animals.  Thanks again Maxfund
