Volunteer Opportunities

The MaxFund is a non-profit organization made up of people (Board, director, staff and volunteers) with one common goal - the welfare of the animals. Volunteers are always needed to help with daily shelter work as well as our many projects. Our volunteers come from many different backgrounds and vocations. No experience is neccessary to be a volunteer, all you need is a warm heart for a cold nose!

For more information on the volunteer process and how to get started, please visit www.maxfundvolunteers.org/newvolunteer.html. New and existing volunteers may also check out www.maxfundvolunteers.org for all kinds of information related to volunteers! We have many exciting and interesting ways you can get involved here at the shelter and help our animals get into great new homes. Are you wanting to become a volunteer? You are also welcome to check out our volunteer website to see what kinds of opportunities are available for volunteers.

Note: A parent or legal guardian MUST accompany volunteers under the age of 18.
