My owner left me at the MaxFund door with a note attached. My owner lost her job and could not afford to care for me properly. My owner said I had two litters of kittens, but thankfully I am spayed now. According to the note left by my owner, I am a people cat. I am used to other cats and dogs, but I prefer people.
My owner said I should be the only baby - no other pets or kids. I am a big fur ball. I enjoy petting and like to rub up on your hand. I especially like to be rubbed on the head. Please don't rub my belly though. I do not like that. I have a sweet little meow, and I will call you if I'm ignored. I am not demanding, but I do enjoy some good loving! I like playing with string too. I am scared of other cats. So the people here put me in my own cage where I can feel safe. Unfortunately, I have lived here for a long time.
I have gained a lot of weight. But I'd rather be big than scared all the time. I eat constantly because I am stressed. You see, the more I eat, the more I can insulate myself from the stress. The bigger I get, the less scared I feel. But that is unhealthy.
Will you please come rescue me from being in a cage? Would you want to live your life in a small cage? I certainly don't. I don't want to get fatter either. I am a sweet little girl who just wants a home. Please open your heart and come rescue me. Ask the front desk to meet me. I desperately want to go home with you.
