2011 Chili Cook Off: Hosted by the Celtic Tavern in Downtown Denver, hundreds turned out for this fun February tasting feast of chilis from local restaurant chefs to your next door neighbor! Those in attendance tasted and voted on over 25 chilis in categories such as red, green, and veggie ultimately choosing one winner in each category. The favorites one some amazing donated prizes and cash prizes. Many of the winners generously donated back their prize money! Looking forward to next year's chili cook off hosted at the Celtic once again making it an annual bash including a silent auction, Maxfund merchandise, and meeting many MaxFund adoptable pets on the Mobile Adoption unit parked outside the restaurant!
